Livi Jay is a licensed aesthetician, 2019 graduate of the Aveda Institute, and the founder of A Hidden Gem Aesthetic Studio. Shortly after completing her education, she opened her studio with a vision of creating a warm, results-driven skincare space built on connection, confidence, and genuine care. Today, that vision continues through a refined, personalized studio experience focused on advanced aesthetics and long-term skin health.

Having struggled with cystic acne beginning at a young age, Livi developed a deep passion for helping others find real, effective skincare solution without relying on overly aggressive treatments. She understands firsthand how deeply skin concerns can impact confidence, and nothing brings her greater fulfillment than helping clients feel comfortable, empowered, and proud of their skin.

Livi specializes in advanced microneedling, corrective acne treatments, and customized rejuvenation treatments designed to improve skin texture, support collagen production, reduce pigmentation, and strengthen overall skin health. Her treatment approach blends clinical expertise with a calming, personalized experience where every service is thoughtfully tailored to each client’s unique skin journey.

As a certified Oncology Skincare Specialist, Livi is trained to safely support clients undergoing or recovering from cancer treatments. She is deeply committed to providing gentle, compassionate care for clients experiencing medically sensitive skin conditions, ensuring they feel supported, comfortable, and cared for during every stage of their journey.

A proud sixth-generation Northshore native, Livi brings her strong sense of community into every aspect of her studio. She lives locally with her husband, Hayden, and their two dogs, Ellie and Molly, who keep life full of personality and joy. Outside of the treatment room, she enjoys supporting her husband at rugby matches, relaxing with reality TV, and planning beach trips whenever she can.
