The Healing Hands Facial is a gentle, customized skincare experience created specifically for clients undergoing or recovering from oncology treatment, when appropriate and cleared according to studio policy.
As a Certified Oncology Skincare Specialist, Livi thoughtfully modifies the treatment around the changes your skin may be experiencing, with an emphasis on comfort, hydration, barrier support, and compassionate care rather than aggressive correction.
This appointment isn't about fixing your skin. It's about caring for it—and you.
About This Treatment
Skincare can look different during treatment. That's okay.
Oncology treatments can change the skin, and a facial that was appropriate before treatment may no longer be the right choice.
Healing Hands was created to meet your skin where it is now.
Instead of following a traditional results-focused facial, every part of the experience can be adjusted according to your current skin condition, comfort level, treatment journey, and professional clearance.
Products, pressure, temperature, exfoliation, massage, and other elements of the facial may be modified or omitted entirely when necessary.
Our internal treatment mapping specifically places Healing Hands as an oncology-safe customized treatment where the oncology assessment governs treatment selection and only appropriate oncology-safe products and protocols are used.
There is no pressure to accomplish a certain amount during your appointment.
Sometimes less is exactly what the skin needs.

We are honored to support clients undergoing cancer treatment or in recovery.
With written approval from your oncologist, your first Healing Hands Oncology Facial is complimentary, allowing us to safely introduce supportive skincare and evaluate your skin’s needs. All additional treatments are offered at a supportive care rate of $85 per session, ensuring continued access to calming, nourishing care throughout your journey.
Medical clearance is required prior to treatment to ensure the safest and most appropriate care.

Before your facial begins, Livi will review your current circumstances, skin condition, and any relevant professional clearance to determine what is appropriate for your appointment.
From there, your facial is adapted specifically for you.
Depending on what your skin can comfortably tolerate, your Healing Hands experience may include gentle cleansing, soothing hydration, barrier-supportive professional skincare, appropriate masking, light touch and relaxation techniques, and carefully selected finishing products.
Certain steps commonly associated with traditional facials may be modified or left out completely.
And that's intentional.
If something doesn't belong on your skin that day, we don't need it simply to fill the hour.
The experience is designed to feel quiet, comforting, gentle, and supportive.
You don't have to show up glowing. You just have to show up.
